Green Light

 My mom has finally received the green light to go home.  Tomorrow is the day, and I would imagine - after eleven days at the hospital - it will feel good for her to be in her own bed again.  The next five weeks will be prioritizing her own heart health and healing before the ablation procedure.  This will be a challenging balance when my dad is working through cancer treatment.  

Tomorrow morning my dad will have his PET scan.  This combined with the CT scan previously completed will reveal the needed information for the doctors to create a treatment plan.  On Friday, we meet with the radiologist to discuss these findings and details on the path forward.  

All the prayers are needed right now as both my parents balance rest, healing and real fears in the wait.
